If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we're eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:What You Will Do:Perform prototype mechanical assembly to help create engineering drawingsRead and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematicsPerform precision soldering of electronic componentsMaintain an orderly work area and properly care for company-supplied toolingContribute to the development of new procedures and improvement of existing onesUphold Weatherford's commitment to safety, quality, and environmental protectionCommunicate effectively with team members and stakeholdersDemonstrate leadership and ethical behavior in alignment with company standardsWhat You Will Bring:Solder certifications are preferredMechanical aptitudeAbility to read blueprintsUnderstanding of electrical schematicsPrecision soldering capabilitiesBasic computer skillsGood verbal communication, attention to detail, safety-conscious mindsetOil and gas experience is preferred (wireline, DS, MWD, LWD)Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experienceHigh School DiplomaPay Range: $30.00- $35.00/hrCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
