Assembly TechnicianExp: 2-6 YrsRate: $21/hrResponsibilities:Perform prototype mechanical assembly to help create engineering drawingsRead and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematicsPerform precision soldering of electronic componentsMaintain an orderly work area and properly care for company-supplied toolingContribute to the development of new procedures and improvement of existing onesUphold Weatherford's commitment to safety, quality, and environmental protectionCommunicate effectively with team members and stakeholdersDemonstrate leadership and ethical behavior in alignment with company standardsQualifications:Minimum 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experienceHigh School DiplomaSolder certifications are preferredMechanical aptitudeAbility to read blueprintsUnderstanding of electrical schematicsPrecision soldering capabilitiesBasic computer skillsGood verbal communication, attention to detail, safety-conscious mindsetOil and gas experience is preferred (wireline, DS, MWD, LWD)
