HyFlex offers a fast-paced team environment where craftsmanship and dedication are valued and recognized.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Assembly Technician Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 20.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst ShiftAssemble mechanical and hydraulic components using hand tools, power tools, and detailed work instructions.Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings to build quality products to specifications.Inspect finished assemblies for quality and accuracy, identifying and correcting issues as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting production goals.Assist with inventory, packaging, shipping, and other production-related tasks while working as part of a team.Assembly Technician Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferred.Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience is a plus.Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and safety procedures.Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced team environment.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
