2nd Shift Cleanroom Assembly Technician$24-25/hrPosition OverviewSeeking an Assembly Technician with experience in medical device assembly, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or other FDA-regulated environments. This role focuses on assembling and packaging auto injectors, performing visual inspections, operating manufacturing equipment, following detailed work instructions, and maintaining accurate documentation in a cleanroom environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble auto injectors according to SOPs and Work Instructions.Feed components into automated assembly equipment.Perform final product packaging.Conduct visual inspections to verify product quality and proper device functionality.Document inspection results and production activities.Receive and distribute materials and supplies within the manufacturing area.Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment supporting clinical and commercial production.Required ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in medical assembly, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or another FDA-regulated environment.Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and procedures.Experience completing production documentation accurately.High school diploma or GED.Preferred QualificationsMedical device manufacturing experience.Visual inspection and quality control experience.Machine operation experience.Cleanroom experience.Familiarity with hand tools and blueprint reading.Experience with packaging and documentation processes.Physical & Work EnvironmentCleanroom manufacturing environment.Required PPE includes lab coat, hairnet, beard net (if applicable), shoe covers, safety glasses, and face mask.Closed-toed shoes required.Standing and working at production stations for extended periods.Must be comfortable following strict GMP, quality, and cleanliness standards.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkins, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
