Job description
Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering TechnicianWe are searching for a mechanical or electrical engineering technician to perform a wide variety of assembling, testing, and packaging tasks. The candidate will be responsible for completing several of the production-related tasks that enable our team to deliver these solutions to our customers in a timely manner.Assembling and testing complex devices consisting of numerous mechanical and electrical componentsBuilding cable harnesses and other electrical assembliesAssembling complex kits using custom packagingWorking with engineers to help manage the inventory for several high-demand productsAssisting with packaging/skidding items for shipment to customer sitesAssisting with set-up and tear-down of large automation systemsFocused urgencyAbility to self-prioritize multiple tasksOrganizational skillsExperience with precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.)Ability to read and follow a wiring schematicExperience crimping connectors, soldering, drilling, and tapping
