Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Assembly Associate plays a crucial role in the production process by assembling electronic components and supporting assembly line operations within electronics and industrial equipment environments. This position typically operates on a day shift and requires a focus on quality and safety to ensure efficient and accurate assembly work.
Responsibilities
Assemble electronic components accurately and efficiently
Support the assembly line to maintain smooth workflow
Ensure adherence to quality control standards
Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Inspect components and assemblies for defects or inconsistencies
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in manufacturing
High school diploma or equivalent
