Assembly TechnicianLocation: Napoleon, OHDuration: 12 MonthsSummary: Global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies that improve the efficiency and performance of vehicles with both conventional and alternative-energy powertrains. Serving three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment – Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities. This position is located in Napoleon, Ohio and is a brownfield plant start-up. The facility will be a Dana final assembly plant for the Ford Bronco and Ranger products.Important note:Orientation will be Monday 7/07/25 at 8am until approximately 12pm. Steal Toes shoes required to wear to orientation.Employees will return to work at 3pm or 4pm depending on assignment, and work until 8 hours is reached for the day.Please make sure those hired to this req are aware of the importance of attendance and plan to be at work every day.If they are unsure of their ability to be able to get to work timely please do not add them to this req, as that prevents others who are prepared from joining.Please also notify these employees that there is no A/C on the shop floor.Therefore, it can get hot if it is very hot outside.We do have large fans and other items such as popsicles and fluids to cool things down, but if someone cannot work in heat at times, this may not be the right fit.
