Now hiring Assembly Technician in Woodstock, CT
Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
Shift: (1st Shift | 7 AM - 3:30 PM) (2nd Shift | 4 PM - 12:30 AM)

Step onto the floor where skilled assembly meets opportunity. We're looking for Assembly Technicians to join our crew and help keep products moving with precision, speed, and quality.
Requirements
1-2 years of related manufacturing experience.
Good communication skills.
Strong hand-eye coordination.
Ability to use hand tools and light machinery.
Capacity to stand or sit for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Willingness to work in a team environment.
Job Duties
Follow technical instructions, interpret drawings, and adhere to manufacturing procedures.
Utilize tools and test equipment responsibly.
Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace.
Assist the department supervisor in meeting production goals.
Support team members through shared knowledge and training.
