Aerotek Is Hiring For Electronics TechnicianElectronics TechnicianLocation: Franklin, MAPay: $24-$27/hr, based on experienceShift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) OR 2nd Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, +6% Shift Differential)Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and wire electrical control panels, junction boxes, and subassembliesRead schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work ordersPoint-to-point wiring, install PLCs, relays, switches, lights, and other componentsUse hand tools: wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliersDrill, tap, deburr, grind, and saw materials as neededInstall finished assemblies into cabinets and enclosuresAssist with material movement using pallet jacksOT available as neededRequirements2+ years of control panel wiring/electrical assembly preferredAbility to read electrical schematics and diagramsUnderstanding of electrical currentsExperience using basic hand toolsAbility to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periodsBasic English communication skillsPreferred QualificationsTechnical Certificate in Electrical ControlsElectronics manufacturing, calibration, or testing experienceLeadership experience (for higher-level technician roles)BenefitsHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) after permanent hireSafety shoe reimbursementLong-term career growth opportunitiesWork EnvironmentManufacturing settingSafety shoes required at all timesPPE required based on taskForklift and Lockout/Tagout certifications may be requiredJob Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woonsocket, RI.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
