We're looking for reliable, hands-on Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Franklin. If you enjoy working with tools, building products, and staying active throughout the day, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work and grow with a company that promotes from within.
Experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, automotive, maintenance, or other hands-on fields is welcomed.
Shift Options 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (6% Shift Differential Available)
Job Responsibilities Assemble aluminum frames, components, and finished products using hand and power tools
Follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to complete assemblies accurately
Perform mechanical and light electro-mechanical assembly
Inspect parts and completed products for quality and accuracy
Use tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools
Make minor adjustments and troubleshoot assembly issues when needed
Assist with subassemblies and final product builds
Cross-train in different assembly areas as production needs change

Qualifications Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, automotive, or mechanical experience preferred
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Ability to read blueprints or assembly instructions is a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wrentham, MA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
