Job Title: Assembly & Test Technician – Level 2
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85027
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 3 months and 18 days

SKILLS REQUIRED
Primary (Must-Have):
2–4 years of experience in electronics, testing, troubleshooting, or a related technical field
Hands-on experience troubleshooting electronics at the component level
Experience performing standard testing procedures on electronic or technical equipment
Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical field
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
Proficiency in using technical tools and test equipment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Secondary (Good to Have):
Experience documenting, recording, and analyzing test results
Familiarity with industry-specific testing procedures and test equipment
Experience working in aerospace, manufacturing, electronics, or a technical testing environment
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Assembly & Test Technician – Level 2 will perform testing, troubleshooting, and inspection activities on a variety of electronic equipment and components. The role requires hands-on electronics experience, including component-level troubleshooting and the ability to use technical test equipment effectively. The technician will accurately document and analyze test results while following established procedures, specifications, and safety requirements.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform standard testing procedures on a variety of electronic equipment and components.
Troubleshoot electronic equipment and identify issues at the component level.
Operate technical tools, test equipment, and measurement instruments.
Record, document, and analyze test results accurately and thoroughly.
Follow established procedures, specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Identify and communicate equipment or testing issues to appropriate team members.
Support assembly, testing, inspection, and other technical activities as assigned.
Maintain a high level of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail throughout testing activities.
