Job description
Assembler / Laborer | 1st ShiftPosition: Assembler / LaborerShift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)Schedule: Monday - FridayEmployment Type: Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly and finishing work on a production line.Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and assembly specifications.Assemble components using hand and power tools.Position, align, and secure parts during the assembly process.Attach pre-manufactured components and hardware to finished products.Drill holes, install fasteners, and perform mechanical assembly tasks.Load and unload materials from trucks and transport equipment.Operate forklifts, hoists, lift beams, and other material handling equipment.Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Assist with production goals and daily manufacturing operations.Required QualificationsExperience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or general labor.Ability to read and follow blueprints and assembly instructions.Experience using hand tools and power tools safely.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.Strong attention to detail and quality.Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.Ability to stand and work throughout the shift.Preferred QualificationsExperience with grinders, impact guns, circular saws, and other power tools.Forklift or material handling equipment experience.Basic painting or touch-up experience.Mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience.Bilingual skills are a plus.Work EnvironmentClean and organized manufacturing facility.Non-climate-controlled environment.Primarily standing and active work throughout the shift.Team-oriented production setting.Rotation between tasks and workstations.BenefitsHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife Insurance OptionsLong-Term Disability CoverageFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysBereavement & Jury Duty LeaveWhy Join Us?Stable full-time opportunity on a consistent 1st shift schedule.Comprehensive benefits package.Clean and supportive work environment.Opportunities to learn new skills and grow within manufacturing operations.Collaborative team culture with long-term career potential.Apply today if you have experience in assembly, manufacturing, construction, production, or general labor and are looking for a long-term career opportunity!Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cinnaminson, NJ.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
