We are seeking three motivated Assembly Workers to join our production team. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality workmanship, and want to be part of a team that values hard work and growth, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Position DetailsPosition: Assembler Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1st Shift) Openings: 3 Immediate Positions AvailableWhat You'll DoAs an Assembler, you'll play a critical role in building quality products that meet our customers' expectations. Responsibilities include:Assemble products according to specifications, blueprints, bills of materials, and work instructions.Inspect parts and components before assembly and identify unacceptable materials.Perform in-process testing to ensure products meet established quality standards.Assist the Line Foreman as needed to support production goals.Complete production documentation, including: Material move tickets, Inspection reports, In-process tags, Reject tags, Rework orders, Corrective Action ReportsLearn and utilize company computer systems for production documentation.Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.What We're Looking ForMechanically inclined with the ability to use hand, air, and power toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to read, write, and understand EnglishDependable attendance and excellent work habitsPositive attitude and willingness to learn new skillsAbility to lift and move materials weighing up to 50–75 poundsAbility to read blueprintsWhy Join Us?Competitive starting pay of $20 per hourConsistent first-shift scheduleHands-on work in a team-oriented environmentOpportunity to learn new skills and grow within the companyStable, long-term employment with a respected manufacturing operationApply Today!
