Assembly WorkerKelly is seeking Assemblers in Georgetown, TX at an Brand-New IT facility!Shift & Pay Rate: Monday-Friday/8am-5pm (may get moved to the Taylor location after training 7am-4pm schedule) $18.00 hour Weekly pay! Temp to Hire (based on performance/attendance)Key ResponsibilitiesPerform basic assembly of electronic or mechanical components on production linesFollow standard work instructions, SOPs, and assembly guidelinesInspect parts and assembled units for defects or quality issuesEnsure correct placement and handling of materials and componentsMaintain production output targets and efficiency standardsReport any assembly errors, equipment issues, or material shortagesStand/walk/bend/squat/lift up to 40 lbs. throughout shiftSupport production team with line balancing and general tasks as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent6 months–1 year of experience in manufacturing or production environmentAbility to follow instructions and work with attention to detailBasic understanding of assembly or production processes is a plusGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to work in a team and fast-paced environment
