Assembly Worker
Assembly Worker – Press Room Support (3rd Shift)
Location: Johnson Creek, WI
Shift: 3rd Shift Position Type: Full-Time
We're looking for dependable and detail-oriented team members to support our Press Room on 3rd shift! In this hands-on role, you'll help with clipping, grinding, and packaging rubber parts—an important part of ensuring our products meet high-quality standards.
What You'll Do:
Clip and grind rubber parts using a specialized workstation (similar to a pencil sharpener process)
Trim excess rubber, inspect parts for quality, and package them in bins
Stand at a workstation table throughout the shift
Handle some light lifting as part of daily tasks
Keep your work area clean and organized
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
What We're Looking For:
Attention to detail and pride in your work
The ability to work independently
Comfortable standing for long periods and doing repetitive tasks
Willingness to work 3rd shift hours
Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
