Job description
DLC Management Corp. in the New York area is seeking an Asset Management Associate to develop a deep understanding of assets, leases, loan documents, partnership agreements, and related contracts. This role drives analysis across the portfolio and supports budgeting and capital planning.
You will lead analyses on dispositions, refinancings, valuations, and cash flow forecasting, while coordinating with Joint Venture partners and senior management to optimize asset performance.
