Privately held, vertically integrated real estate firm with over 50 years of experience across various asset types and geographies is seeking a Multifamily Asset Manager in their Charlotte, NC office.

The Position:
Develop and execute an asset management strategy for portfolio maximizing long term value, property operations, capital expenditures, and renovation/redevelopment programs
Collaborate as necessary, with other team members on regional investment activities including acquisition's support and underwriting
Oversee debt and refinancing efforts for the portfolio
Oversee 3rd party Property Management

Requirements:
BS in Finance or related field
5+ years in Asset Management in market rate multifamily with 200+ units
Ability to lead and manage the asset management process
