Job description
Community Housing Partners (CHP) seeks a Senior Asset Manager to lead portfolio strategy, financial performance, capital planning, and long‑term asset health across our multifamily portfolio. You will influence capital investments, manage risk, and partner with CHP leaders to sustain affordable housing communities.
