Job description
Burlington Stores, Inc. in Laredo is seeking a Shortage Control Lead to mitigate theft and fraud in high-risk areas while maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment.
You will engage customers and associates with a strong greeting, eye contact, and a positive demeanor. As a leader, you will train Shortage Control Associates, document indicators of theft, and partner with store and field leadership to support shrink-reduction programs and inventory processes.
