Job description
Sephora Group in New York state seeks an Asset Protection Partner to safeguard assets and maintain a safe, inclusive environment for clients and employees. Work with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement safety and shrink strategies and investigate incidents.
You will spend 75-80% on the selling floor, deterring theft, supporting service, and maintaining safety while collaborating with leadership to drive shrink-reduction initiatives.
