And you'll find a place where your work changes lives — including your own.The Assistant Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and project support to the Independent Living team, assisting individuals with developmental disabilities. This role performs a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, supports team projects, and helps ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. The position also represents Fraser professionally through positive and courteous interactions with individuals, families, staff, and community partners in person and by phone.Job Duties:Provides administrative support for the Property Manager and Service Coordinator periodically in person onsite as well as remotely.Accurately completes projects and tasks by specified deadlines.Takes initiative in continued process improvement in conjunction with the Service Coordinator and Property Manager.Assists with rent collection, waitlist updates and data entry into rent software.Assures an environment that is safe and clean.
