Job description
Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center seeks an Assistant or Associate General Counsel to support the General Counsel and Compliance Department. The role partners with the Clinical Trials Office and scientific staff to negotiate research, manufacturing, and technology transfer agreements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Required are a J.D. from a US- accredited law school and NY Bar admission, with at least four years in private practice or in-house experience.
