The Breast Imaging Section is comprised of 10 clinical faculty, 1 research faculty, and 4 fellows. This position has an anticipated start date of January 1, 2027. Assistant Professors WOT are eligible for multi-year appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30). Associate Professors WOT and Professors WOT hold indefinite appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30). Under the direction of Dr. Brian Dontchos, the section is closely integrated with clinical and research programs throughout the UW Medical Center and Fred Hutchinson Cancer to provide the highest level of comprehensive care for breast disease. All UW faculty engage in teaching, research, and service. Scholarship contributions will vary depending on whether the successful candidate elects the physician-scientist or clinician-teacher pathway.
