Accelerated Bachelor Of Science In Nursing Track Faculty Member
Location: UNG - Gainesville
Schedule: Full-Time
The University of North Georgia, Department of Nursing is accepting applications for a 12-month, full-time faculty member for the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing track. Preference will be given to candidates who have a doctorate in nursing and have academic teaching experience in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. Please be advised that any offer of employment is contingent upon your eligibility to work in the United States. As a public institution, the university's ability to cover such costs is subject to budgetary constraints and state funding policies. Responsibilities include didactic, clinical, and/or laboratory instruction, and clinical site visits in regional health care settings. Teach undergraduate students enrolled in the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. Teaching schedule may require some travel to clinical sites in the metro-Atlanta area and North Georgia region. This position includes expectations for teaching, scholarship, and service.
Doctorate in nursing required. Minimum of two (2) years' recent experience as a Registered Nurse. Current license in Georgia as a registered professional nurse required.
