Assistant CarpenterBuild alongside some of the best craftsmen in South Florida.McKenzie Craft is a 25,000 sq ft custom fabrication shop in Miami producing high-end architectural millwork and custom furniture for hospitality, retail, and luxury residential clients. We are hiring an Assistant Carpenter ready to grow under experienced craftsmen and contribute to work that ends up in some of the most recognized spaces in the country.What You Will DoSupport fabrication and assembly of custom cabinetry, furniture, and trimCut, sand, laminate, and prep materials including wood, metal, and acrylicHelp installation teams stage materials, tools, and job site protectionMaintain a clean, organized shop and properly cared-for toolsRead work orders and shop drawings under supervisor guidanceWhat You Bring1 to 2 years in carpentry, construction, or millwork preferredFoundational woodworking and measurement skillsValid driver's license, willingness to learn, ability to pass a drug testHigh school diploma or equivalentHourly, non-exempt. Reports to the Production Foreman.
