Job description
The Learning Experience in Bastrop, TX is seeking an Assistant Center Director to join our family-focused team. You will support the Center leadership in daily operations, lead the teaching team, and help ensure happy, safe learning experiences for our children.
You will participate in budgeting, compliance with licensing standards, and building strong relationships with families to keep them engaged in their child’s growth and learning, while providing growth opportunities for staff.
