Job description
KidStrong is seeking an Assistant General Manager at the Pike Creek, DE center to act as second in command and lead the team in delivering an exceptional experience for kids and families. You’ll work with the General Manager to drive KPIs, sales, and member retention while mentoring coaches and ensuring center operations run smoothly.
You will oversee daily activities, scheduling, events, and staffing, while promoting KidStrong values and a culture of learning.
