Overview
nPosition : Assistant Center Manager - Physical Therapist (Outpatient)
nLocation: 9699 West Sample Road Coral Springs, FL 33065
nSchedule: Monday-Friday, Flexible scheduling
nCompensation: $80,000-$92,000/year pending experience.
nIncentives: Up to $5,000 Sign on bonus. Indefinite Student debt benefit program offered for this position.
nnSelect Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed physical therapist that enjoys patient care and wishes to join the leadership development program and progress to Center Manager. In this role, you will help oversee our outpatient therapy team. This position is a platform for the training and development needed to be considered for a promotion to a center manager role.

n nResponsibilities
n Offer coaching, guidance, support, and training for staff development and growth
Assist leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business development
Support employee engagement and retention efforts
Assist with the management and resolution of employee relations issues
Help develop strategies to increase profitability
Provide an exceptional patient care experience
n nQualifications
n Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
Valid State Physical Therapy License
CPR certification
