nSchedule: Monday-Friday
nCompensation: $110K-$120K/year(based on experience)
nIncentives: $20K Sign-On Bonus + UnlimitedMonthly Student Loan Repayment Assistance
nSelect Physical Therapy in Mid-Wilshire, CA is seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist ready to step into a clinical leadership and operations-focused role as an Assistant Center Manager. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who wants to continue treating patients while developing the skills needed to support clinic operations, lead and develop teams, and grow into future leadership roles within a respected outpatient organization. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day clinic operations while delivering high-quality rehabilitative care and will participate in Select Physical Therapy's National Leadership Development Program, which includes 1:1 management training designed to prepare you for long-term clinic leadership success.

nResponsibilities
nnnAssume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
n
nnUtilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
n
nnHelp grow and manage our center's physician relationships and patient portfolios
n
nnExpand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
n
nnPartner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
n
nnParticipate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
n
n nQualifications
nnnMust be a graduate of anaccredited school of physical therapy
n
nnValid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
n
nnCPR Certification
n
nn1 yr minimum exp required
