nPosition : Assistant Center Manager - Physical Therapist (Outpatient)
nLocation: 3319 State Rd 7 suite 310 Wellington Florida 33477
nSchedule: Monday-Friday; Schedule Flexible
nCompensation: $80,000-$95,000/year. Rate increases with experience. $5,000 Bonus
nSelect Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed physical therapist to lead and deliver an exceptional patient care experience as an Assistant Center Manager. In this role, you will help oversee our outpatient therapy team. This position is a platform for the training and development needed to be considered for a promotion to a center manager role.

nnnOffer coaching, guidance, support, and training for staff development and growth
n
nnAssist leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business development
n
nnSupport employee engagement and retention efforts
n
nnAssist with the management and resolution of employee relations issues
n
nnHelp develop strategies to increase profitability
n
nnProvide an exceptional patient care experience
n
n nQualifications
nnnMust be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
n
nnValid State Physical Therapy License
n
nnCPR certification
n
