Assistant CNC OperatorWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant CNC Operator to join our team in a unique fabrication environment. ID Sculpture is a PlayCore company and an equal opportunity employer.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in the operation of CNC machinery and digital fabrication equipmentEnsure accuracy and quality of fabricated parts through careful attention to detailWork closely with the team to maintain efficient production workflowsFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work areaContinuously learn new skills and technologies related to digital fabricationSafety: Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations by all employeesQuality: Assure all decks are checked and identified properlyProductivity: Maintain utilization specified by supervisor and/or leadCoordinates: Communicate with other operators on any issues or shortages to supervisor or leadTeam player and willing to work closely with othersDexterity: Employee would work with their hands, and need to be able to lift or hold heavy itemsOther duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.CompetenciesAnalytical Decision-MakingCommunicationProfessionalism & IntegrityResults OrientationEducation and/or ExperiencePrior Manufacturing experience is a plusSome experience with CNC machinery or digital fabrication preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow instructions and safety protocolsTravelNoneLanguage SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
