Job description
Campbell County Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney seeks an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney to begin September 1, 2026. The position will prosecute domestic violence and child abuse cases, and is grant-funded/partially county-funded with full benefits and Virginia Retirement System eligibility.
Applicants must pass a criminal background check and may require prior prosecution experience. The salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience, with a full benefits package
