Job description
Lyon County Attorney's Office in Emporia, Kansas is seeking an Assistant County Attorney. The successful candidate will prosecute a wide variety of cases from charging through sentencing and appeal, including traffic, misdemeanor, and felony matters.
Must be a graduate of an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Kansas. Prior experience is preferred but not required. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 annually with a comprehensive benefits package.
