Job description
TSG – The Sheridan Group seeks an Assistant Customer Representative to support strategic communications and public affairs campaigns for corporate, nonprofit, and association clients. In this client-facing role, you will help draft and edit materials, conduct policy and media research, monitor news and legislative developments, and assist in delivering integrated advocacy and reputational strategies. Working in a small, high-performance team, you’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders, gain exposure to high-impact public policy debates, and contribute to results-driven issue campaigns in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
