Job description
Massachusetts Institute of Technology is seeking an Assistant Director of Admissions for Customer Service to lead the Customer Service team at the Welcome Center. You will supervise four staff members and coordinate with Admissions colleagues and campus partners on daily scheduling and operations, while ensuring accurate information is provided to prospective students and their support networks.
