Job description
Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara seeks an Assistant Director of Engineering to support the Director in all aspects of resort maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, HVAC and safety. You will lead maintenance staff, ensure efficient work orders, and uphold luxury standards in a premier property.
The role requires extensive managerial experience in luxury hospitality, a related engineering degree, and strong communication skills in English with Spanish preferred.
