Assistant Director Of FinanceEmbark on an exciting journey with us as a full-time Assistant Director of Finance at CoralTree Residence Collection located in Denver, CO. Our team is defined by individuals with a genuine purpose, pride, and a strong sense of place.ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will assist in overseeing all financial aspects of the organization and ensure the company's financial health. This individual will be vital in developing financial strategies, monitoring cash flow, managing financial reporting, and leading the finance team.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.Help to lead the budgeting and forecasting process.Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with regulations.Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external partners.Provide strategic financial guidance to the departmental staff.Experience in income audit, AP, and general accounting transactionsPrepare and present monthly financial statements, including variance reportsPrepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations with timely resolution of reconciling itemsResponsible for presenting financial reports to owners and HOA'sMaintain and update month end close checklists to maximize efficiency of the accounting teamQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred)Hospitality background, experience with complex and multi-property setupProven experience in a senior financial management role. Salary Range:
$120,000.00 to $125,000.00 Location: Home Office in Englewood, ColoradoThis posting will be open through 06/12/2026 or until the position has been filled.#onsite
