Job description
Sterling Pointe, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Princeton, MN, is hiring an Assistant Director of Health Services to oversee nursing care and daily clinical operations. The role requires RN licensure, nursing leadership, and strong computer skills; supervise staff, schedule rounds, ensure charting accuracy, and collaborate with the Executive Director.
Wage range is $33.65-$48.07 per hour; full-time with Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, and benefits including PTO, holidays, 401k, and tuition
