Sterling Pointe, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking an Assistant Director of Health Services to lead nursing care and clinical operations for our 57-unit campus in Princeton, MN. This on-site role supports residents with compassionate oversight and regulatory compliance.
You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care plans, and work with leadership to ensure high-quality services across assisted living, independent living, and memory care.
