The JW Residences occupy the remaining 16 floors. We are committed to providing you with:Generous compensation packageAn exceptional benefit plan for eligible associates & your family members401K matching program for eligible associatesDiscounts with our Crescent managed properties in North America for you & your family membersWhat will you be doing?Coordinate with the Director of housekeeping or Director of Engineering, the repair and maintenance program as relates to guest rooms and public areasMaintain inventory of guest rooms and housekeeping supplies including all-month-end inventoriesPurchase all basic cleaning supplies.Monitor payroll hours and reports and complete reports (i.e., daily forecast and action plan if needed...etc.)Ensure property operation meets internal audit standardsDemonstrate positive leadership characteristics which inspire team members to meet and exceed standards, and promote team member empowermentInspect VIP rooms, showrooms, public areas, and the back of the houseWork with contractors for outsourced servicesAssign projects and tasks to all housekeeping department associates and monitor progressConduct departmental meetings. Update room statuses as found and clear pick-up roomsReport defects in rooms and public areas and follow up on resolutionCollect and recycle soap and bottled amenities discarded by the hotel. Demonstrate and get involved in this "Clean the World Program" and ensure it is implemented.Ensure found items are logged and secured. Handle guest inquiries and supervise lost and found proceduresAssist the Director of housekeeping to monitor payroll on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring productivity ratios are met. Daily room productivity /room reconciliation reportConduct inventories of uniforms, linen, and housekeeping supplies to ensure par levels are maintainedPrepare purchase orders for supplies and amenities for the housekeeping department if neededProcess invoices for guest laundry in a timely manner for the end of the month. Monitor uniform and laundry operationsParticipate in the Safety Committee and foster a safe work environment in housekeeping.Performance StandardsCustomer Satisfaction: Our customers are what we are about.
