Job description
Are you a compassionate RN leader ready to take the next step in your nursing career? Bellbrook Health and Rehab, part of The Pavilion family, is looking for a warm, motivated, and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to help lead our clinical team.
Located in the scenic, tight-knit community of Bellbrook, Ohio, our facility is known for its family-like atmosphere, approachable leadership, and a team that truly supports each other.
What You'll Do:
Assist the Director of Nursing in day-to-day operations and clinical oversight
Support and mentor nursing staff to ensure excellent resident care and high morale
Help manage care planning, documentation, audits, and survey readiness
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote communication and coordination
Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Need:
Active RN license in Ohio
At least 2 years of experience in long-term care , with some leadership/supervisory experience
Solid understanding of skilled nursing regulations and best practices
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
A genuine passion for resident care and staff development
