Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at Care Pavilion Nursing and Rehab in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents and patients. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and Care Pavilion's vision and mission
Provide guidance and oversight to our nursing staff, ensuring that they are adequately trained and equipped to provide exceptional care to our residents and patients
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our clinical outcomes meet and exceed industry standards
Coordinate with other departments, including therapy, social services, and dietary, to ensure seamless communication and care delivery
Conduct regular rounds to observe and evaluate the quality of care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals and healthcare providers to ensure that we are providing optimal care and services to our patients
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
At least (2) years of experience in a nursing leadership role
Valid nursing license in the state of Pennsylvania
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
