Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - Victoria, TX

As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you will play a pivotal role in leading our nursing team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions
Mentor and support new staff members, promoting professional development and growth
Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring efficient use of resources
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas
Minimum (insert minimum years of experience) years of experience in a nursing leadership role
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility and adaptability in response to changing circumstances
