BrightStar Care of Asheville, NC is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. At BrightStar Care of Asheville and Hendersonville, we provide uplifting in-home care for seniors and older adults who require a helping hand, a supportive companion, and day-to-day assistance in their homes. Variety of in-home and assisted living assignments, procedures, and treatments

Responsibilities:
Client assessments, develop care plans, client file review
National accounts
Assist with RN/LPN hiring
Provide medical assessments for new and existing clients
Perform supervisory visits
Uphold BrightStar behavior standards
Requirements:
RN with five (5) years clinical experience, including Infusions, Wound care. etc.
Two (2) years' experience in-home care preferred
Current state license to practice in state care is being provided
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Must have graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited program.
Comply with accepted professional standards of practice.
Analytic/Critical thinker.
Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills
Comply with accepted professional standards of practice.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal tactfully with clients, staff and community.
Treat clients, staff and the public with courtesy, respect and presents a positive public image.
Case management skills are a plus
Ability to work on weekends, nights and holidays
Reliable transportation
