Job description
Norcalbehavioral’s Santa Rosa facility seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead nursing services, ensure patient safety, and drive quality improvement. You will supervise RNs and clinical support staff, oversee staffing, and ensure adherence to nursing standards in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.
The role reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and requires California RN licensure, CPR certification, and strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate cross-departmental care.
