Job description
Genesis HCC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing/Unit Manager, RN to support clinical leadership in our skilled nursing and long-term care center. In this role, you will oversee daily unit operations, supervise and mentor nursing staff, and ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. You will coordinate care plans, monitor clinical outcomes, support regulatory compliance, and partner with the Director of Nursing on quality improvement initiatives.
