Green Acres Healthcare in Mayfield, KY is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to guide and support our nursing team, delivering high-quality, compassionate resident care.
The ADON will oversee daily clinical operations, lead infection control, staff education, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to drive improvements and regulatory compliance. Active RN license and LTC leadership experience required.
