Job description
NaphCare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in Wetumpka, AL to lead the nursing team at the Julia Tutwiler Women's Prison. You will work with the DON and medical staff to provide high‑quality care while ensuring regulatory compliance and safe operations.
The role requires RN licensure in AL, BLS certification, and progressive management experience in a correctional or acute care setting. You will oversee staffing, training, and clinical rounds to maintain patient safety and care
