Job description
The Mille Lacs Health System is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to provide oversight of nursing care in the Acute Care and Emergency Department, leading, coaching, mentoring, and instructing clinical staff. The ADON will provide clinical assistance during times of high volume, and will support quality data collection and process improvement.
This position requires RN licensure in Minnesota, 3–5 years in acute care/ER, and 2–5 years in leadership, with BLS/ACLS and ATLS/CALS/TNCC
