Job description
Rydal Park, a HumanGood community in Jenkintown, PA, seeks a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in planning and directing nursing services for residents.
The ADON will ensure compliance with regulations, oversee admissions and staffing, mentor staff, participate in QAPI/OBRA meetings, and contribute to person-directed care; requires RN license and at least one year of management experience; salary $110,000-$125,000 with benefits.
